Large-Format Pellet Extrusion (EXT 800 Titan Pellet)

For tooling and oversized parts, our 3D Systems EXT 800 Titan Pellet provides unmatched scale and speed. Printing directly from industrial pellets cuts part costs and opens up a wide range of engineering materials.

  • Built for tooling: Thermoforming patterns, sand casting molds, refractory molds, composite layup tooling, and manufacturing jigs and fixtures.
  • Handles big parts: 800 × 600 × 800 mm (31.5″ × 23.6″ × 31.5″) build volume for housings, ducts, covers, and architectural elements.
  • Speed & efficiency: Up to 10× faster print speeds with lower cost per part than filament-based systems.
  • Material versatility: PLA, ABS, PETG, PP, ASA, TPU/TPE, plus fiber-filled engineering plastics (PC-CF/GF, Nylon-CF, PPS, PEKK, PEI blends).
